Short Information - The Document submitted by the candidates for Sailors and Officers Post (Like AA SSR MR etc.) along with application will not be verified before the online examination. These original documents (original certificates, mark sheets, Domicile certificate and NCC certificate) will be verified only at the time of Physical Fitness Test at various centre you will provide after written examination sand final medical examination at INS Chilka, Odisha. Documents Required for Navy Examination

The following documents for document verification are to be punched and tied with a strong thread or Attach to the application in the sequence as given below -

For Matric Recruits MR Posts -  

• Original Matric Pass 10th Pass or equivalent certificate for verification of Name and date of birth.
• Original Mark sheet and certificate of Matriculation as applicable.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Original NCC certificate (if held).

For Senior Secondary Recruits and Artificer Apprentices (SSR and AA) -

• Original 10+2 (12th) Pass or equivalent certificate for verification of Name and date of birth.
• Original 10+2 (12th) Mark sheet and certificate of 12th Standard.
• Original Matric 10th Pass certificate
• Original Mark sheet and certificate of Matriculation as applicable.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Original NCC Certificate (if held).

Final Selection Process - All select listed candidates in Final Merit List will be required to Download the Police Verification form and other Associated forms along with the Final Call letter or Joining Letter for Final Enrolment Medical Examination at INS Chilka Odisha. The candidates will be required to submit the same to same documents in INS Chilka Odisha after getting their antecedents verified on Police Verification form / Online police verification form from the Superintendent of Police of their respective jurisdiction is required for all students. Candidate should be in possession of police verification from either place of domicile or place of residence.
