The Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) is the officers Post entry under the control of IHQ Ministry of Defence (Navy) for both Permanent Commission (P-C) and Short Service Commission (S-S-C). The INET will be conducted twice a year.

Indian Navy INET Selection Process

INET Examination - INET (Officers) is a Computer based written examination (CBE Exam).  There will be four sections and candidate is required to pass in all the four sections separately with a minimum 40% marks and aggregate.

Examination Center - The Indian Navy Entrance Test INET to be conduct at one of the INET nearest centres as per their choice .Call up letters cum Admit Card for online examination indicating date, time and place, would be required to be downloaded from the official indian navy website.

Final Merit List - Final Merit list will be based on combined marks of INET Exam  (50% Weightage) & SSB (50% Weightage).
