Officers and Sailors Enjoy Generous Leave Time Period. Officers are entited to 60 days Annual Leaves and 20 Days Casual Leave. As a Sailors (SSR AA MR NMR) you are entitedto 60 Days Annual Leave and 30 Days casual leave. You can also accumulate 30 days of Leave in year which you can encash at the time of retirnment. The accumulation leave limit which is stipulated from time to time facilities from Indian Navy.
Officers and their family members are entitled to Free Rail and Air Travel on leave Once in a Year. Six Travel concessions forms are also authorized to each officers for the performing journey by the train.
Sailors and their families are entitled to free rail Travel on the leave Once a Year. Travel Concession by Rail and Air Travel Are also Provided on other occasion
