Indian Navy Sailors Recruitment Application Process

• Indian Navy Sailors AA SSR & MR entry, the Interested candidates can Apply Online Only on the Indian Navy Official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from the given date published in notification.

The Application procedure is as follows:

Step I - Registration at www.joinindiannavy.gov.in

• Go to www.joinindiannavy.gov.in Then click on Apply Online, then register yourself
• Now you can register with Aadhaar Virtual ID or without Aadhaar.

Step I Registration

Select Option

Step II -  Enter personal details

• Enter father’s name, middle name, last name, mobile number, mother name, guardian name, date of birth, domicile, gender, marital status, identification mark.

Step III - Enter educational details.

• Enter & Upload your Highest Education Qualifications in Given Format

Step IV - Enter Account Details

• Email ID & Password 

Step V - Verify your Email ID and Log in

• Check your email ID & Open received Email from Join Indian Navy and click on verification link and Then enter OTP.

Step Vi - Open Your Account using Email ID

Step I - Account Log in and Reach Online Application Form

Step II - Enter Personal particulars & Education Details

Step III - Enter Your military record in Indian Navy

Step IV - Enter communication particulars Details

Step V -  Enter miscellaneous data

Step VI - Enter your Preferences (AA or SSR) & (Chef, Steward or Hygienist)

Step VII - Pay Application Fee & Submit Form


Application Fees - For SC & ST : NIL (No Fees), For Open & OBC : Rs. 215 /- Mode of Application fee payment process is online only, using Visa, Master, RuPay credit, Debit card, UPI

Payment Failed - If by chance your payment fee and see money has been successfully debited from your account, if yet payment status is unsuccessful, then you should wait for 24 hours. Login to your account next day and check application status. If  your payment status shows failed only, then your money will be automatically refunded to your bank account.
